Overview

This project introduces an advanced web-based knowledge management tool designed to streamline the accessibility and organization of crucial organizational policy lines, business positions, core messages, and related documents. By creating a user-friendly interface optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, the platform aims to improve the efficiency of communication and decision-making processes within organizations.

Challenge

The project addresses the major problem of inefficient management and distribution of critical information. Previously, accessing updated organizational policies, sector positions, and related documents was time-consuming and limited, hindering effective communication and decision-making.

Solution

A web-based application was developed to address these issues. Key features include mobile optimization, user account creation for personalizing content, and functionalities such as archiving, unarchiving, sorting, and tracking edits. An introductory tutorial facilitates user onboarding, while an issues pack provides clients with prepared content for various assignments.

Our Approach

The project emphasized user experience and security from the start. Beginning with wireframing and UI/UX design ensured intuitive navigation.

Collaboration and Alignment: Working closely with stakeholders, we analyzed the needs of different user groups from the beginning. This enabled us to develop a platform that is not only functional but also aligns with the specific workflow within the organization.
